Privacy Policy

This page explains what we collect on hireplottwist.app, why, where it goes, and how to get it changed or deleted. We've kept it short and plain.
Who we are
PLOT TWIST AI is run by PLOT TWIST LLC, a US limited liability company. Our founder, Jody Nunnellee, runs the business from Hua Hin, Thailand.

What we collect
When you fill in the "Get your Week Map" form, we collect what you type or pick:
- Your name and email (required)
- What you're interested in, your business name and your website (optional)
- Your timezone. The form fills it in from your browser so we can suggest call times; you can change or clear it.
- Your answers to the six questions: what your business is and how many people work in it, what eats most of your week, what you'd do with 5 extra hours, what tools you use, how you feel about AI, and when you'd like to start.
Along with the form, we also record:
- The date and time you sent it
- Your browser's "user agent" (a short line saying what browser and device type you're using)
- A scrambled code made from your IP address. We use it to spot spam and to limit repeat submissions. We don't store the IP address itself with your answers.
When you email us, we get your email address and whatever you write.
When you just visit the site, our hosting provider (Vercel) records standard technical details, such as your IP address, the pages you request and your browser type. This keeps the site running and secure. Our host's technical logs may also briefly hold a copy of form submissions.
What we don't do:
- No cookies. The site doesn't set any.
- No analytics or ad tracking, no tracking pixels, and no social media widgets.
- No outside fonts or scripts. Everything loads from our own site.
- We don't sell, rent or trade your information, and we don't use it for advertising.
Why we use it
We use it only to reply to your inquiry, prepare for your Week Map call, give you a quote, and, if you become a client, do the work you hired us for. We won't add you to a newsletter or marketing list unless you ask to be on one.
Where it's stored, and who helps us
We use a few trusted services to run the business. They handle your information only so we can do the things above:
- Vercel hosts the website, stores form submissions in private storage that the public can't reach, and keeps short technical logs.
- Resend sends us an email copy of each form submission and sends some of our outgoing email.
- ImprovMX forwards email sent to our @hireplottwist.app addresses into our inboxes.
- Google (Gmail) is where we read and answer email.
- Our AI assistant receives a copy of form submissions and email sent to hello@. It helps us sort and draft replies, and a person reviews everything before it goes out.
These services may process data in the United States and other countries.
Clients: your assistant, your account
If you hire us, your AI assistant runs on your own Grok Bot Team plan, which you pay for directly. We're added as an admin so we can set up and look after its instructions, skills, memory and connected apps. We can't read your chats with it. We never ask for your passwords, and you approve every login yourself.
We try to keep as little client information as possible on our own devices.
How long we keep it
- Inquiries that don't turn into work: deleted within 12 months of our last contact.
- Clients: kept while we're working together, then deleted within 12 months after the work ends. The exception is anything we have to keep longer for tax or accounting, such as invoices and payment records.
- Hosting and email-service logs are kept by those providers on their own schedules.
Want it gone sooner? Just ask.
Your choices
Email hello@hireplottwist.app at any time to:
- get a copy of what we hold about you
- correct something
- have it deleted
- tell us to stop contacting you
We'll reply within 30 days, and usually much sooner. We may need to confirm the request really comes from you. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law, and we'll respect them.
Keeping it safe
Form submissions sit in private storage, and the site only loads over a secure (HTTPS) connection. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep access limited to the people and tools that actually need it.
Children
This site is for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you think a child has sent us something, email us and we'll delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the effective date. If it's a big change and we have your email, we'll let you know.
